PRO HEALTH CARE SERVICES was first conceived by a group of service-oriented individuals as a volunteer effort to help the community. By taking advantage of the resources available through the Federal Government, PHCS evolved into a home health agency through which we are able to benefit the community in two ways:

• by offering quality in-home care to those who need it and
• by providing jobs and training to others who will in turn service those in need.

Our aim is to provide the best quality of service possible while maintaining a profitable business that will allow us to keep providing these services, always remembering that the number one priority is the well-being of those who we care for.
PHCS is composed of two main groups, the field team and the administrative team. Our field team is composed of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Social Workers. All field personnel is well trained through an ongoing flexible system that prepares them for their specific tasks and adheres them to our company's philosophy. The administrative team with its more than 20 years of experience is responsible for maintaining efficiency and high productivity without sacrificing service quality. These two teams come together to form a company that strives both as a group and individually to help those who need them most.
